requires a recordable, professionally printed disc, CDDC Disc printing services are
the perfect fit. We offer standard CD-R (650MB) and DVD-R (4.7GB). CDR / DVDR
printing is a more flexible solution when desired content changes too quickly for a
mass-replication solution to make sense. Discs can be produced with a 5 color,
durable silkscreen and offset printing (or laser printed labels for faster shorter
runs). CDDC can design and create the artwork for your Discs or you can supply
print ready artwork. In either scenario, CD Digital Card is the solution for you!
Silk-Screen printing is the process of transferring ink through a fine mesh screen
onto a substrate. CDs are printed in a similar fashion, but the equipment is more
automated and the process is much faster. CDDC utilizes a 133 to 175 line screen
(the number of lines or dots per inch on a halftone screen), providing excellent
quality for PMS and four-color process (CMYK) printing.

CD Digital Card also offers the latest in Offset printing for a higher quality
solution. it's the process of using an intermediate blanket cylinder to transfer an
image from the image carrier to the Disc. This process utilizes up to a 175 line
screen, providing excellent overall quality. Keep in mind that we have to start with
Good Quality Artwork with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi for this process. |
